The complex construction is made up of 3 main blocks as administrative block, social facilities and sports hall. Within the administrative block there are 320 people conference hall, seminar rooms, a foyer, meeting halls, classrooms, projection and simultaneous rooms, a library whereas in the social facility block there are life support, social activity units and sports hall and 80 rooms and 12 suites which bear the 5 star hotel standards with the capacity 184 beds.
